Belt joint (hot press) machine and vulcanizer are equipment that melts and joins joints of PVC, AR PUTEA, PE, etc. by using high temperature, pressure and cooling technology.

The maximum heating temperature is 195 degrees (Celsius). The upper and lower molds are heated, heating 0-172 degrees, about 20 minutes; the holding time can be set as needed; water cooling, cooling from 172 degrees to 60 degrees, about 8-10 minutes. This traditional working mode can meet the physical characteristics and process requirements of various belt processing. And because of the unique heating design, the length of the main board is heated evenly, which can ensure the quality of belt processing.

Airbag pressurization: (light machine) pressure 0–2.5kg/cm^2 can be adjusted, easy to operate.This machine is equipped with an automatic control box, and the user can set the temperature in advance, control the temperature, and reduce the temperature. According to the general requirements of belt connection processing, it takes about 30-40 minutes to complete a processing cycle.
